Refund policy

At Mistify Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority.
We offer a 7-Day Checking Warranty on our products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • All accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
    We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind.
  • Damage caused by misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear.


Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
